Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Medley, FL 33178

Position Type: Full-Time Position

Pay: $16 per hour 
 

 In need of a Customer Service Representative, with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer inbound and outbound phone calls 
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
3.  Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations
4. Ability to Investigate and resolve customer issues

• Experience working in a Call Center 
• Excellent communication
• Bilingual is a must (ENGLISH and SPANISH)
